Looking for rigid signs in foamcore, PVC, or coroplast? Those substrates show up across most of the products below. Yard signs use coroplast. A-frame inserts use coroplast or PVC. Retail signs use PVC or foamcore. If you need a specific material, we’ll spec it in your quote.
Signs that live outside
- Yard Signs: corrugated plastic (coroplast) with wire H-frame stakes. You stick these in the ground and let them work. Real estate open houses, election campaigns, event promos, grand openings. Weather-tough, single or double-sided.

The machines behind your sign
- Big banners, no seams. Our wide-format printer handles material up to 60 inches wide, so your trade show backdrop or storefront banner prints in one clean piece. Sharp color, crisp graphics, UV inks that don’t fade in the sun. (Mimaki UJCV300-160, 1,200 DPI)
- Thick or oddly-shaped signs? Not a problem. Our flatbed press prints directly onto materials up to 4 inches thick, including foam board, PVC, wood, metal, and dibond. Pair that with our contour cutter and we can produce logo-shaped signs, 3D display cutouts, or signs on materials most print shops can’t touch. (Flora PP2512UV + Colex Flatbed Cutter)
- Your brand colors, exactly right. TPS Printing has been G7-certified since 2014. That’s the industry standard for consistent color reproduction across every print run. Send us your Pantone number and that’s what you get on the finished sign.

- For outside (your storefront, event fence, campaign, or job site): weather-resistant vinyl banners, mesh for windy areas, coroplast for yard signs and short-term event use, dibond and PVC for rigid outdoor signs that need to last.
- For inside (your office, lobby, retail store, or trade show booth): clean photo paper for posters, printed fabric for premium banners and backdrops, foam board for lightweight rigid signs, paper-backed vinyl for graphics you’ll swap often.
- For rugged or industrial settings: dibond aluminum composite or thick PVC for signs that need to survive years of exposure, weather, and wear.

How we make sure it’s right before it ships
- Before your file ever hits the press, we review your artwork for the common problems that ruin final prints: low resolution, missing fonts, wrong color mode, no bleeds, cutoff safety zones. We flag anything before we start printing, not after.
- At the press, we check colors against your approved targets at startup and again while it’s running. Nothing ships without a final look. For color-critical projects, we can print a proof and get your sign-off before running the full order.
- Same process for a single yard sign as a 500-piece campaign order. Same team, same eyes, same standards.
